Hair Loss Pictures Tell the Story – Step 2 To a Natural Cure for Hair Loss

I never dreamed that I would be looking at “hair loss pictures” at the age of 44! It was unbearable to look in the mirror at a my receding hairline and a bald spot in back!

But now I feel like I have restored the days of my youth and my friends are impressed with my full head of hair.

In my three-step plan against hair loss, the second principal that I followed was to improve my nutrition and vitamin requirements.

To have a fighting chance you need a good dietary plan.

But not your average dietary plan. It must be nutrition and vitamins that specifically stimulates hair restoration.

If you are the kind of person whose breakfast, lunch and dinner sounds like fast food, junk food and processed food; then you will need to learn a few fundamentals that support a good hair nutrition diet which will stimulate your hair restoration chances.

On the other hand you might think you already have a good diet. However, it might not be adequate enough for good hair nutrition.

When I improved my hair nutrition diet, I noticed changes in the health of my hair almost immediately. Take “hair loss pictures” when you start your program so you can see changes as they progress.

Improving your nutrition might seem like an obvious thing to do, but it’s a lot easier said than done!

There are several reasons why you’re diet may not have the proper nutrition.

One major reason is because our farm foods are suffering from overused soil. You might think you eat all the right foods, but it doesn’t contain adequate vitamins and minerals! Because many farmers do not allow their soil to rejuvenate, it doesn’t produce food with the necessary vitamins and minerals for healthy hair.

There are many foods that you can eat that will promote hair growth.

Aside from organic food, I believe drinking a high protein shake was a major reason why I experienced good results. Hair is made of protein and will improve your hair nutrition.

Excellent protein sources can also include eggs, fish, liver, beans and yogurt. Other essential hair nutrients include iron, B vitamins, essential fatty acids, vitamin E and sulfur. Make sure you consult your doctor whenever you make changes in your diet.

Foods to put on your avoid list should include salt, sugar, starch, corn, wheat, carbonated soft drinks, fat, caffeine, artificial colors and preservatives.

Secondly, add herbs and supplements to your nutrition. There are herbs and supplements at health food stores that will help your hair growth.

Just make sure you are purchasing an all-natural hair loss product. Check the ingredients and ask the store expert if you don’t know. Don’t assume you’re getting something good!

It is absolutely essential for you to have good nutrition to maintain your hair and promote hair growth!
